Built for what happens after something happens.
Traditional dash cams are good at recording an incident. But after the recording is saved, drivers are often left managing footage, documents, police information, insurance claims, and next steps on their own.
RoadBacked was created to build a better system around that moment. Our goal is to combine continuous road evidence with a structured incident-support process and real people who can help members organize what happened and navigate what comes next.

Access Controls
Incident records and evidence are scoped to your member account by database-level access rules, so member data is not readable across accounts.
Account Security
Accounts are protected by authenticated sign-in through our managed authentication provider, with session tokens rather than stored passwords in the app.
Member Privacy
Footage and incident details you submit are used to support your incident. RoadBacked does not publicly use or publish a member's incident footage without permission.
