What we collect
Account details you provide (name, email, phone), your membership and camera registration record, and the incident information and files you choose to upload.
Evidence handling
Files you upload are stored privately and associated with your member account and the incident you attached them to. Members cannot access evidence belonging to other members.
Who can access your evidence
You, and the RoadBacked team members working your incident. We do not sell member data or evidence.
Recording responsibility
Recording laws differ by jurisdiction, including rules on recording audio inside a vehicle. Members are responsible for using the camera in line with applicable local law.
Your controls
You choose what to upload. You can view and download evidence you submitted, request deletion of your account, and manage your membership from your dashboard.

RoadBacked provides driver-support, evidence-management, and incident-assistance services. RoadBacked is not a law firm and does not provide legal advice. Legal matters may be referred to independent qualified professionals where appropriate.
