The service
RoadBacked provides driver-support, evidence-management, and incident-assistance services. RoadBacked is not a law firm and does not provide legal advice. Legal matters may be referred to independent qualified professionals where appropriate.
What membership includes
Access to the RoadBacked member platform, incident submission, evidence storage for submitted incidents, human support, and the RoadBacked Protection Camera with eligible membership.
What we do not promise
RoadBacked does not promise ticket dismissal, successful lawsuits, insurance settlements, legal representation, specific outcomes involving any agency or department, or guaranteed protection of any kind.
Hardware
The Protection Camera is provided with an eligible membership. Members are responsible for installing it correctly, keeping it powered, and transferring footage for incident submissions.
Billing
Membership is billed on the cycle you select. Pricing shown on the site is placeholder pricing until finalized.
Acceptable use
Members must submit truthful information and only upload material they have the right to share. Misuse of the platform may result in membership termination.
